Yes. Foreigners can hold freehold title within the 49% foreign quota. When it is used up, a 30-year leasehold is available. Your lawyer confirms the route that applies to you.
When will it be completed?
Handover is planned for 2028. Payments are staged with construction.
What does a residence cost?
Studios start from THB 3.8M. We send the full price list for the other layouts on request.
